1. Product Information:

All our products are handcrafted and made to order. As a result, slight variations in color, embroidery, or finish are natural and should not be considered defects but a mark of craftsmanship.

2. Orders:

Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours.
Custom orders or personalized requests may have extended delivery timelines, which will be communicated in advance.

3. Pricing:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery:

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
Once dispatched, the tracking details will be shared. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges:

Since our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges are only allowed in case of a genuine manufacturing defect, reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

6. Intellectual Property:

All designs, images, logos, and content on our website and social media platforms are the property of SuYu by Yukti. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemic-related disruptions.
