Exchange

Exchanges are available only for size issues on the same product.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Once we receive the returned product, your exchange item will be shipped within 7 days.

• Customers must ship the product back to us at their own expense. Reverse pickup is not available.
• Acknowledgment receipts from the courier service must be retained
  

• Exchanges are not allowed for color or material dissatisfaction, as minor differences may occur due to screen resolution or lighting.
• International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
