SuYu by Yukti – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SuYu by Yukti, all outfits are made-to-order and crafted specifically for each client.

Therefore, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.

• Customised / Made-to-order products are strictly non-cancellable.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following rare situations:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product (must be reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video)

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

• Size issues (alterations available)

• Courier delays

• Colour differences due to lighting/screen

• Customised outfits

• Worn/used/altered garments
